Police Log Jan 13-15: Lady Screams During 49ers Game
A pair of vehicle thefts, DUI are among the highlights.
Jan. 13
1:57 a.m. Brandon Kenney, 18, was arrested for suspicion of DUI on First Street. He was cited and released.
8:30 a.m. What appeared to be an attempted vehicle break-in was just a man trying to get back into his own car on East Second Street.

9:16 a.m. A report was taken for items take from a restroom at an address on East B Street.
10:54 a.m. Some reportedly stole a UPS package from an address at East E Street and threw it in the bushes.

11:01 a.m. An alarm was accidently activated at a residence on West Second Street.
11:11 am. Neighbors were given warnings after a dispute on Buena Vista Drive.
12:55 p.m. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Bristol Street.
12:57 p.m. Police took a report of a burglary at a business on Southampton Road.
1:03 p.m. Dispatch received a report of tow suspicious individuals on Lake Herman Road.
1:44 p.m. Kids were warned after police received reports that they were fighting Stuart Court.
3:45 p.m. What was a report of a person smoking marijuana turned out to be someone smoking a cigar on West K Street.
6:39 p.m. A garage door was reported open at an address on Windsor Street. The owner was contacted and he shut it.
8:12 p.m. Police took a report of a vehicle that was sideswiped on East E Street.
10:47 p.m. A warning was given to a drunk man on First Street.
11:44 p.m. Dispatch received reports of a drunk driver on First Street, but police were unable to locate anyone.
Jan. 14
1:03 am. Police received a report of a fight on Military East. When they arrived, both parties refused to press charges and was warned.
5:21 a.m. A juvenile was out past curfew on East J Street.
10:01 a.m. A child playing with the phone resulted in a hang-up 911 call on East Fifth Street.
11:14 a.m. Somebody called police to report a suspicious individual driving by their home on West H Street. Police didn’t find anybody when they arrived.
11:44 a.m. There was a report of a man and woman fighting on East L Street. The female left before police arrived.
12:36 p.m. A person on Rose Drive reported a window at their home was shot with a BB gun sometime in the past several weeks.
12:58 p.m. A backpack was found on West Ninth Street and returned to its owner.
1:12 p.m. Dispatch received a call of two suspicious looking people at a home on West K Street. Police didn’t find anyone when they arrived.
4:11 p.m. Somebody reported a suspicious person in open space on Rose Drive. The man turned out to be a goat herder.
4:39 p.m. There were reports of an argument on Riverhill Drive. Police didn’t see anything when they arrived.
5:07 p.m. A person on Oxford Way reported a fraudulent charge to their bank account.
5:16 p.m. Dispatch received a call of a woman screaming inside an apartment on Buchanan Street. It turns out she was cheering for a football game, more than likely the crazy finish to the San Francisco 49ers playoff game.
6:41 p.m. An alarm malfunctioned at a business on First Street.
9:37 p.m. An American flag was stolen from a residence on Southampton Road and found with a juvenile.
9:43 p.m. Michelle Hulse, 54, was arrested for a probation violation on East L Street.
10:43 p.m. Robert Hall, 31, was arrested for domestic abuse on First Street.
Jan. 15
6 a.m. Police took a report of a vehicle burglary on East I Street.
8:45 a.m. A report was taken for a stolen vehicle on Brentwood Drive.
9:17 a.m.The vehicle stolen on Brentwood Drive was found in Vallejo.
10 a.m. A vehicle was stolen from an address on Southampton Drive.
1:10 p.m. Someone reported a down phone wire on East Seaview Drive. AT&T was contacted.
1:17 p.m. Dispatch received a report of kids skateboarding at tennis courts on East K Street. They were gone when police arrived.
1:49 p.m. An alarm was activated at an address on East Industrial Way.
2:46 p.m. Police received a reports of screaming from an address on Tyler Street but didn’t hear anything when they got there.
3:26 p.m. An alarm was accidently activated at a business on First Street.
3:43 p.m. A person reported a theft of their prescription drugs on Leeds Circle.
3:49 p.m. Police were called to provide a civil standby for a child exchange.
8:37 p.m. An alarm went off at an address on Dartmouth Place.
10:07 p.m. Karim Mixon, a 21-year-old transient, was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a business on Southampton Drive.
