The Benicia Moms Group, in partnership with the Benicia Unified School District and participating Benicia preschools, is hosting a preschool fair.
The event, FREE and open to the public, is being held on Saturday, February 9th from 10:00AM to 1:00PM at 350 East K Street in the Liberty High Auditorium (this is the Benicia Unified School District Office.)
This is a one-stop shop for those looking for preschool options in Benicia. Many parents and guardians have questions regarding preschool; “When should my child start?” “Which preschool is right for my child?” “Does my child need to be potty trained?” Attending provides the opportunity to ask preschool representatives questions, narrow down options and schedule tours of preschools they feel would be a good fit for their child.
Because preschool prepares our children for kindergarten we have invited a representative from the Benicia Unified School District to speak at 11:00 AM about what children are expected to know prior to entering kindergarten and how parents or guardians can help prepare their child for this transition.
The event is open to all Benicia Preschools; preschools located in Benicia not yet participating in the event are encouraged to contact Ann Brooner (ann.brooner@gmail.com) or the BMG to participate.
