This is Cindy Moreno from the Benicia Home Efficiency Program, which is designed to help residents save money and energy on their utility bills. This no-cost initiative includes a personalized energy/water report, personalized saving recommendations and up to $50 of free energy saving materials to kick start your savings! The program also focuses on addressing water conservation measures to alleviate the drought's effect in the City of Benicia.
