Blessing of the Animals

In keeping with the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, St. Paul's puts on its annual Blessing of the Animals. People are invited to bring pets of all kinds - mammals, reptiles, birds - to have them blessed. Those who want their deceased pets blessed can bring photographs or mementos of their lost animals. St. Paul's will have a visit from the Benicia Police dog, and animals from the Humane Society as well. The service is open to all.
