Every Saturday Benicians get up early to check out the local garage sales. This list of yard sales was taken from Craig's List and includes all the garage sales listed at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2012.

We are selling lots of great furniture, End tables, coffee tables, and much much more. Plus we have a great selection of decorative vases, frames, candle stick holders, decoritve pillows, mirrors, plates and everything else you could want.
Micro Fiber oversized chair with autumn
This is a comfy oversized chair with matching autumn. In good condition, and very little use. The fabric is perfect with no sun damage or rips.

2 matching solid Cherry Wood nights stands
Solid wood, very heavy and sturdy. The top of one of the night stands does have some minor scratches on it.
Large Ikea book shelf, perfect for storage, comes with 4 baskets that fit inside of it. The finish is dark espresso finish. The books shelf is in good condition with no scratches.
Large oversized brown chair.
The fabric is tweed like, and in perfect condition.

This desk is in great condition no scratches, and was barley used.
