Benicia's own Corey Fanfa and Andrea Ballus will return to Benicia once again with the hot pink food truck. As reported in the Benicia Herald, the duo, who were childhood friends in Benicia, competed and won the Food Network's show, "Cup Cake Wars," in 2011.
The Cupcake victors will participate in the Torchlight Parade on Tuesday, and also be near City Park for the afternoon prior to the parade.
