Stooped Posture Makes Walking Dangerous!

Did you know that poor posture causes back and neck pain which over time affects how you walk, sit and stand?  It also leads to pain in other areas of the body as well!  We all have balance and postural issues and Dr. Traci Saba, of Zen Pilates and Fitness in Pleasanton, has written a book, “BACK TO BODY BASICS”, addressing this particular issue.  In her book Dr. Saba discusses and assigns you easy step-by-step methods and exercises on how to correct posture.

However “BACK TO BODY BASICS” addresses much more than just posture, it also contains information and exercises that have been found to be effective therapy and treatment for those who suffer from mild to moderate Parkinson’s disease.  Dr. Saba’s approach is to provide a “one-stop shop for everything you will need to help you or your loved one lead a healthier, functional, pain-free life for as long as possible”.
