Capitol Speakers Toastmasters Club Meeting
Everyone is welcome to attend the Capitol Speakers Toastmasters Club meeting. Toastmasters is a place to learn and develop your public speaking skills. People take roles in the meetings and learn leadership skills.
The meetings are fun, some laughter, and you can meet very nice people. There is an "intermission" so you can socialize and meet the members while you have some refreshments. You are welcome to come early and stay later to talk with members or learn more about Toastmasters.
Toastmasters International started in 1924. It has helped countless individuals with their speaking and leadership skills. Are you looking for a job? Need help to "present" yourself and your skills and gain confidence? Do you have to give reports or presentations at work and need to "calm the butterflies" in your stomach? Toastmasters is the place!
Capitol Speakers Toastmasters Club meetings are every Wednesday, from 7:30 pm to 9 pm in the Board Room (back entrance) of the Chamber of Commerce, 601 First Street, Benicia. Only one requirement to join: you must be 18 years old. Bring a friend and/or family members and learn about Toastmasters. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.
