Math for Young Engineers Class- 4-5 years old

Each week you child will learn about a different math concept through fun, hands-on, teacher directed LEGO activities. We will focus on strengthening our Young Engineers' knowledge of math concepts such as sorting, ordering, counting and classifying objects. Children will also gain knowledge in fundamental brick building while following directions and using their fine motor skills.  The foundations of basic engineering are explored in a fun and creative environment. This math program is aligned with the Common Core State Standards recently adopted by the Benicia Unified School District.
