Fun-filled family event celebrating the Grand Opening of the Solano County Friends of Animals Cat Adoption Center inside Pet Food Express Benicia.  Carnival games and prizes, one of our famous bake sales, raffles and more.  Please join us to celebrate this wonderful partnership that will allow SCFOA (a local non-profit, all-volunteer animal rescue group that has been in town for over 25 years) to find even more loving forever homes for abandoned and unwanted kittens and cats.  Bring the entire family... there's something for everyone.
