San Francisco East Bay Man Talks To Voices In His Head On Stage - Benicia High

San Francisco Bay Area-based writer
and actor Abner Senires unleashes a cavalcade of character voices in "The
People In My Head."

"The show chronicles my descent
into madness...and character voices," says Senires. "It's
part-performance, part-mini-workshop, all strangeness."

Since 2008, Senires has been active in
the online world of audiodrama podcasts and has appeared in over 50 shows from
Pendant Productions, Dream Realm Enterprises, Gypsy Audio, and Misfits Audio,
among others.

He was contracted as an accent coach
for the Benicia High School cast in the Fall play, “The Elephant Man.”  They were so impressed with his repertoire,

they asked him to share his talents in a showcase.

Christine
Mani, director and BHS drama and dance teacher, has known Senires for many
years. She exclaimed, “This program will introduce you to an array of

characters you may have met or perhaps may want to know in real life by the

time the showcase is over.
