Veteran's Day Raising of the Garrison Flag, Benicia Arsenal Historic Cemetery, and now BREAKFAST added at the Benicia Veteran's Hall prior!

On Veteran's Day, November 11, 2013 at 9:00 AM, we invite everyone to join us at the Benicia Arsenal Historic Army Cemetery for the raising of the 600-square-foot garrison flag.

U.S. Congressman Mike Thompson is diligently rearranging his schedule to attend and speak to us all; I will update this post once we have final confirmation.

EXTRA! EXTRA!! JUST ADDED!!!  -  The VFW is hosting a biscuits and gravy breakfast for Veterans, Public Servants, their Families and Friends starting at 7:30 AM on November 11!  Come enjoy some breakfast before heading to the cemetery for the garrison flag raising.  We will continue to serve breakfast until about 10:00 AM(ish) until it is time to prepare for the lunch barbecue.  Thank you Sue Wilks for volunteering to cater this!
