Dangerous dogs.

After my dog was nearly killed by two loose pit bulls last Friday, I am paying special attention to the danger of loose dangerous dogs.  I noticed that the fence at the corner of Baker St. and Panorama Dr. has two holes in it, each large enough for a pit bull to stick it's snout through.  There are two pit bulls that live there (they're not the ones that attacked my dog).  The fence looks like it's going to break more completely any day.  Then we'll have another 2 pit bulls on the loose.  Some pit bulls are nice.  These don't act nice and I think they'd be a big threat to dogs, kids, and adults alike if they were to get out.  I've notified Animal Control, but I'm not sure they can do anything legally until something bad actually happens.  In the meantime, I would avoid walking near that corner, especially if you are walking your dog.  I hope nothing bad happens to one of the kids that walk to school along that route!
