Alleged Shoplifter Busted on Southampton Road
A Benicia resident was arrested on charges she tried to steal from a local business.
A 38-year-old woman was arrested on charges she tried to steal from a Benicia business Monday.
The woman, Benicia resident Kesha M. Colbert, was arrested just after 8:30 p.m. Monday. She was charged with shoplifting and theft with a prior conviction, according to the Benicia Police Department.
Colbert also had a warrant from Alameda County on the same charges, police records show.
