There are fields on both sides of the roadway and signs about animals crossing in that area, Tai said. The Honda nearly tipped over and was resting on two wheels against shrubs on the side of the road when police arrived.

The Vallejo Fire Department cut off the passenger side door and removed the woman from the vehicle, Tai said.
