Berkeley Earthquake felt in Benicia
Evening quake in Berkeley appears to have been on Hayward Fault
The United States Geological Survey web site shows there was magnitude 3.8 earthquake in Berkeley tonight at 8:16 p.m. The quake was felt in Benicia as well as other Bay Area communities. It was the second earthquake in the Berkely area today. At 2:41 p.m. today there was a 4.0 earthquake also centered in Berkeley.
