Chevron on Columbus Parkway Robbed Friday Evening

Suspects got away with undisclosed amount of cash.

Last Friday night, December 9, 2011 two men in their early 20's robbed the Chevron at 2054 Columbus Parkway. According to police, a man described as a 5'2" African-American pulled a sawed off shotgun from his trousers and proceeded to take money from the cash register and an undisclosed number of cigarette cartons.

The men fled the store and employees weren't able to tell which direction the suspects went.  Employees neither heard nor saw a vehicle.

The second suspect was described as a 6' African-American man of medium build and wearing a hoodie, dark trousers and a black baseball cap.

Police have not released photos of the suspects.
