FBI Issues a State-wide Amber Alert
Sacramento toddler is abducted and is considered to be in danger.
The California Highway Patrol has issued a State-wide Amber Alert for a 2-year-old Sacramento girl, Madeline Samaan-Fay. The FBI says she was abducted on August 7 by her father Mourad Samaan (a.k.a. Moni).
Madeline Samaan-Fay is 2 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 28 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.

Mourad Samaan is 49, 5 feet 6 inches tall, about 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is a U.S. citizen who was born in Egypt. Samaan may also be fluent in Spanish.
Samaan drives a green Toyota 4Runner SUV, California license place number 3XRM111.

The FBI consider the circumstances of the abduction to be disturbing and believe the child is in danger. Anyone with information should call Sacramento FBI agents at (916) 481-9110 or 911.
