Mom Arrested in Roll-Over Accident
The mother and driver on a roll-over accident was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and child endangerment.
The driver of a car involved in a roll-over accident on Interstate 780 has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and child endangerment, the Vallejo Times-Herald reported Friday.
The blood-alcohol content of 33-year-old Nicole Maria Pillion-Williams was not available, the paper said. Her 8-year-old daughter suffered head trauma in the accident, which was reported at 6:18 p.m. Wednesday. The girl was air-lifted to Children's Hospital in Oakland.
The Times-Herald said Pillion-Williams was booked into Solano County Jail, with bail set at $55,000.

Pillion-Williams said her daughter was thrown into the front seat of the car during the accident despite the fact she was wearing a seatbelt, but the CHP told the Times-Herald it could not confirm that the girl was wearing a seatbelt.
