Police Log: Possible Lock-Out, a Loose Dog and Disharmony Among Neighbors

12:57 a.m.: Officers had a discussion with the woman on Dover who was yelling  because she couldn’t get into a house.

7:54 a.m.: Officers spoke to a citizen on Cambridge regarding a child custody issue.

8:46 a.m.: Someone seems to have removed a No Parking sign on El Bonito.

12:09 p.m.: There was a non-injury traffic collision in the parking lot at Solano Square.

3:14 p.m.: That toolbox that was in the middle of East Fifth Street was gone b the time officers arrived.

3:26 p.m.: There was a dog loose on Bayshore but a local business was hanging onto the hound until the owner returned.

4:05 p.m.: Some neighbors on East Seventh Street were being less than neighborly.  Officers managed to separate the parties involved.

4:29 p.m.: A citation was issued on Corrigan for an illegally parked motor-home.

5:09 p.m.: There was a report of threats being made on East Seventh Street.  Investigating officers determined there were no direct threats made.

8:05 p.m.: Officers opened a case file for a domestic dispute on McKay.

9:40 p.m.: Officers were unable to locate a vehicle that was allegedly racing through the area.

9:40 p.m.:  An alarm at a business on East K Street went off but officers were unable to determine why it went off.

Editor’s Note:  Even though I inject a bit of humor into these police logs, please remember, the men and women whose job it is to protect us rarely find it funny when they are approaching a drunk person or a building where the alarm is going off.
