Police Log: September 7, 2011

A house was burglarized, dogs were on the loose and some lost property was turned in to police.

There was another residential burglary on Wednesday. Police want everyone to make sure they are locking their doors and windows when they leave for the day and to report any unknown vehicles in the neighborhood. One of the items stolen Wednesday was a VCR and those are getting hard to replace.

Editor’s Note: Even though I inject a bit of humor into these police logs, please remember, the men and women whose job it is to protect us rarely find it funny when they are approaching a drunk person or a building where the alarm is going off.
