Schools in Winters are on lock down after a woman was shot while sitting in her car this morning.
CBS News reports, three shots were fired into a black BMW SUV Railroad Avenue, hitting the woman, according to a Winters Police Department dispatcher, shooting out the driver's side window.
The victim’s condition is unknown.
