Young Bicyclist Tangles with Car, Goes to Hospital

The youngster was wearing a helmet and appears to have only minor injuries.

An 11-year-old boy riding a bicycle on Rose Drive near Windsor came in contact with a car.  The boy, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident had a bandage on his right knee.

Paramedics at the scene said the boy didn't appear to have any life threatening injuries.  The young bicyclist was transported by ambulance to John Muir Medical Center in Concord.
