Another Candidate for Benicia City Council, Maybe

Another member of the Human Services Board has taken out nomination papers for Benicia City Council.

Roy Salazar, a celebrated chef and a member of the Human Services Board has for Benicia City Council. He has until 5 p.m. August 17 to turn in the nomination papers to City Clerk Lisa Wolfe.

The Benicia Herald reports that Salazar made the decision to run after giving a speech at a fundraising event for the Human Services Fund last month.
