If you're a fan of putting the City Council on the hot seat this will be a good week for you. On Tuesday night they have to decide whether to with Allied Waste or whether to go out to bid on a new garbage contract for the whole city. After they finish with that piece of business they get to decide whether to move forward with for a medical marijuana dispensary in town.
