Schwartzman’s first mail piece cost about $3,800 to produce and mail, slightly more than he currently has in his campaign coffers.  Earlier in the campaign he indicated he was not sending out any more mail but had not made a final decision.

Campbell ended the filing period with $3,658 in the bank but had a final mailer that began arriving at homes on Halloween.  The bill for design work for that mail piece has been paid but the bill for postage reamins to be paid.

Benicia voters participating in the November 8 election will elect a mayor and two city council members as well as a city treasurer.  Lisa Wolfe is running unopposed for the job of city clerk.
