Why not plug into the power of Spring to help you lose excess pounds effortlessly?

Plug into the power of the season and let Springtime help you loose excess weight with ease.

Mother nature wants you to be healthy and this is the time of year you'll feel her support with any changes you are about to make. You'll naturally have more energy as the days get longer. Your moods should be improving as the sun is showing it's smiling face more often and you are starting to think about wearing lighter clothes. You may not be ready for the skimpy clothes of summer, but use this thought for inspiration: success in the moment means success in the future. So, how do you change your diet to detox and move your body toward losing a few pounds with very little effort? Reducing the amount of heavy foods you eat at this time of year is beneficial for weight loss and for detoxing your body. These 'building foods' include meat, sauces with dairy and added fats, and complex meals that are 'fussy' in preparation. Immediately start to change your pallet to the lighter foods. You want to allow your body a chance to detox during any change of season, but the change from winter to spring is the equinox that truly works with your body to aid in weight loss, effortlessly.
Lose weight and cleanse naturally and effortlessly by reducing dairy and baked goods (or cut them out all together) and meat and heavy sauces.
Add more greens, sprouts, fruit that is in season and instead of snacking on nuts and seeds, try some juice and smoothies made from fresh fruits and vegetables. Your best bet is to use mostly vegetables, not too many sweet fruits and add citrus for even more cleansing properties. Even though you are cleansing, that doesn't mean you have to feel deprived. You can eat lots of good clean food and if it's dessert you crave; go for a piece of fruit or dark chocolate.
