Dr. Lee Simpson, CSU Sacramento will be presenting.
This talk will cover Franklin's efforts to create a simple and ordered personal life through the practice of "13 virtues."  Dr. Lee will then connect his efforts to improve his personal life with his efforts to improve the lives of his fellow citizens by esttabishing public services like the first fire department and library in the Colonies.
