The Giants Win the World Series!
By a score of 4-3, San Francisco beats Detroit during Game 4 in Detroit.
The San Francisco Giants won the World Series Sunday evening sweeping the Detroit Tigers by a 4-3 score.
During a four-hour game that went into extra innings, the Giants captured the Major League Baseball championship, two years after beating the Texas Rangers in Game 5 by a score of 3-1.
Giants' third baseman Pablo Sandoval was named MVP.

The team now comes home and will be honored with a parade in downtown San Francisco on Halloween at 11 a.m. The parade will end at San Francisco City Hall where the team will be honored.
