Rrags invites customers to watch its twice-weekly, on-site bean roasting, during which the café's experts explain the process. A community bulletin board, free newspapers and the paintings of Benicia artist Wayne Kohler add a local ambiance to the shop. Its coffee beans are imported from Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Java, New Guinea and Sumatra. Specials on mocha, latte and Thai iced tea are offered daily after 1pm.
