– A World Première Ballet
& Don Quixote, Act I
with Full Orchestra
Benicia Ballet Theatre is honored to present the
World Première of Prisms, a new one act ballet composed by Dr. Durwynne Hsieh and
directed by BBT’s own Artistic Director, Margaret Kenrick. BBT presents its new work in collaboration
with Solano Community College’s (SCC) Music Department, with full orchestral
accompaniment conducted by Dr. Steve Thompson of SCC. To complete the program, BBT will also
perform Act I of Don Quixote with music by Ludwig Minkus.
Please join us for this special World Première
performance at the Solano College Theatre, 4000 Suisun Valley Road, Fairfield
on Saturday, June 14 at 2pm & 7pm and Sunday, June 15 at 2pm.
