Ninety-Nine bottles of wine
Drink one in share with a friend
Next time liquor will do just fine
Ninety-Nine shots of liquor on the wall
Ninety-Nine shots to go
Just drink one down and get rid of that frown
This makes for happy Memoria Day on Benicias' Winery Row
The day to go out and relieve some work stress
will No longer be Wednesday, or as we call it "Hump Day"
It will now be Thursday "Sweet Thursday"
Yeah, this is the best time to go out and play
There will be no homeless to see
for they are somewhere taking a plea
For drinking on 'Winery Row"
Take my advice when drinking on Benicias’ Winery Row
Your common sense you must
Constantly check
For everyone knows when a point 8 she blows
your life will resemble a shipwreck
So when entertaining the thought to party
on Benicias' "Winery Row"
Remember what John Steinbeck said
when asked,
"Where are all the fish man"?
He smiled and said
with a nod of his head
"They are all sealed up in the can"!!
