BHS Panther Marching Band Sweeps at Central California Band Review
Saturday, November 9th, the BHS Panther Marching Band competed in the 54th Central Band Review in Merced. Forty-one bands competed. The BHS Jazz Band took third in its division with a score of 86.75. The BHS Color Guard took second place in their division with the score of 74.5. In the parade competition the BHS Panther Marching Band won Showmanship Sweepstakes with a score of 279 out of 300 possible points; Music Sweepstakes with a score of 481 out of 500 possible points; Overall Grand Sweepstakes with a score of 94.5.
The BHS Panther Marching Band next competes in the Tournament of Champions in Fairfield this coming Saturday, November 16th.
