An Afternoon of Adventure Paddleboarding on the Carquinez Straits

There is no better way to experience the beauty of Benicia than from a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) on the Carquinez Straits!

I stopped into Benicia Kite and Paddle Sports to see if they could put together an afternoon of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) lessons for my daughter and her friend. Thanks to Chris Gatewood, it was an experience that my daughter and her friend will never forget. Chris is an amazing instructor and has a knack of translating the sport of paddleboarding with a mix of fun, safety and adventure to anyone of any age . There is no better way to experience the beauty of Benicia than from the Carquinez Straits on a paddle board.
