2nd Suspect Arrested In Attempted Murder Case

SECOND SUSPECT ARRESTED IN ATTEMPTED MURDER CASE

The second suspect in a shooting incident that took place on Friday 11-29-13 just outside the Vallejo city limits has been taken into custody by Solano County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Deputies were notified that Wayne William Robbins wanted to turn himself in after he learned that investigators from the Sheriff’s Office had been looking for him for two days regarding his role in the shooting.

Robbins was met in front of the Vallejo Police Department and taken into custody by deputies without incident. Robbins was then transported to the Solano County Sheriff’s Office and interviewed by investigators.

After speaking with Robbins, investigators booked Robbins into the Solano County Jail on the following list of felony charges: Attempted murder, conspiracy, ex-felon in possession of a firearm, and ex-felon in possession of ammunition.

Robbins is currently being held in the Solano County Jail with his bail set at $770,000.00.

Robbins first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday 12-03-13 at 1:30 p.m. in the Solano County Courthouse in Fairfield.
