Police Log: Rash of Burglaries, Man Blasts PA From Car

Here is the Dec. 27 police log.

7:23 a.m. Police took a report on a commercial burglary on West Channel Road.

9:05 a.m. Dispatch took a report about a barking dog at an address on West F Street. A note was left on the door of the residence.

9:25 a.m. A case number was issued for a theft from a business on California.

10:00 a.m. A 17-year-old was arrested for failure to appear in court on a family offense on East I Street.

12:27 p.m. Police issued a case number for a non-injury accident on East Second Street.

1:38 p.m. A case number was issued for a commercial burglary on Southampton Road.

1:40 p.m. Police warned a man for playing loud music on Buena Vista.

3:15 p.m. Dispatch received a report of a man going door-to-door soliciting on El Bonito Way. Police checked the area and the man was gone.

4:57 p.m. Police took a report of kids causing a disturbance in a parking lot on Military West. The children were warned.

9:29 p.m. A report was taken on a two-car non-injury accident on Lori Drive.

11:04 p.m. Police took a report of numerous vehicles being egged on West K Street. The owners of the vehicle were contacted and the eggs were removed.  

11:16 p.m. Dispatch took a report of an unfamiliar person being in a vehicle on Carlisle Way. The car was gone when police got there.

11:29 p.m. A person was playing a public address system from their car at the pier on West A Street. They were just playing a joke on a friend and warned.  

11:34 p.m. There was a report of a prowler in the backyard of a home on West J Street, but when police arrived they didn’t find anyone.
