Stewards of Our Children's Future 2011...

Free public lecture/workshop series on our ecological and economic health and community resilience.  What are we doing now to secure our future?  Why do we need to act now?  Here's the chance to learn more and participate.  The lectures will be on sustainability; climate change; Benicia's climate action plan; energy, water and waste:conservation, and where are the green jobs.  This is sponsored by the City of Benicia's Sustainablilty Commission and Solano Community College.  Attendance at all five workshops will earn a Certificate of Completion from Solano Community College.
