A Ship on the Strait

This ship was spotted leaving the area after delivering a load of crude oil to the Valero Benicia Refinery.

The Eser K, an Aframax tanker owned by Kaptangolu Holdings, a Turkish shipping company, is named after the youngest daughter of Kaptangolu's president Engin Kaptanoglu.

The Eser K was built in Subic Bay in the Philippines by the Hanjin Heavy Industries Corp. at a reported cost of $68 million.
