9:20 a.m.: Officers began an investigation into alleged fraud perpetrated against a citizen on East B Street.

12:02 p.m.: A residential alarm activation on Belvedere was determined to be homeowner error.

12:52 p.m.: A person walking their dog through peoples backyards along West Second Street was issued a warning.

1:03 p.m.: Somebody on First Street accidentally made a 911 call.  All was right when officers arrived.

1:22 p.m.: Two high school students were issued a warning about fighting.

2:44 p.m.: A 31-year-old      was arrested and transported to county jail.  The    had violated      probation.

3:01 p.m.: Police began an investigation into items stolen from an East E Street residence.

7:27 p.m.: Some mail was found in the bushes along Dorset.  The person to whom the mail was addressed will be purchasing a locking mailbox.

8:05 p.m.: Officers were called in to referee a family disturbance on Alta Loma.

Editor’s Note:  Even though I inject a bit of humor into these police logs, please remember, the men and women whose job it is to protect us rarely find it funny when they are approaching a drunk person or a building where the alarm is going off.
