The Historic Preservation Review Commission will hold a special meeting Tuesday, August 13, 2013 in the Commission Room at City Hall.  The HPRC will consider a request to replace a damaged deck at 150 West I Street.

Wednesday, August 14, 2013
The “English as a Second Language” adult class meets at the Benicia Public Library for a conversation class.  The conversation class is for adult learners who are enrolled in the Adult Literacy and ESL Program at the library.

Friday, August 16, 2013
Movie Night Under the Stars concludes its Summer 2013 run with a showing of “Rise of the Guardians”.  The movies are shown at City Park and begin at dusk.  The movie is free and so is the popcorn.

Payments are due for after school programs offered by the Benicia Parks and Community Services Department.  The afterschool programs are offered for first through eighth grades.
